Group of the Week (Monday 30th March) - Meet and Eat

Meet & Eat is a free, welcoming weekly lunch group at Lakenheath Community Centre ( The Old Legion) where anyone can drop in for home‑cooked food and friendly company. It began during Covid as a warm, supportive space and has grown into a valued community hub where people connect, chat, and enjoy a relaxed meal together. Participants appreciate the kindness, good food, and chance to make new friends, with extra practical support available for those who need it.
